By purchasing or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Nature of Services

NyayGuru provides digital, on-demand AI-based services, including access to legal information tools, AI chat features, and usage credits.

  • Services are delivered immediately upon purchase
  • Usage credits are made available instantly
  • There is no physical delivery of goods

Because of the nature of digital services, special refund rules apply.

2. No Refunds for Used Services

Once a subscription or credit pack is activated:

  • No refunds will be issued for:

* Credits already used

* Partial usage of a subscription period

* Inactivity or non-usage by the user

* Accidental or mistaken usage

AI services incur real-time operational costs, and therefore usage is non-reversible.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of the active billing cycle
  • After expiry, your account will revert to the Free Plan (if available)

4. Refund Eligibility (Limited Exceptions)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error
  • Incorrect amount charged because of a billing system fault
  • Failed payment with successful deduction (amount debited but service not activated)

All such refund requests must be:

  • Reported within 7 days of the transaction
  • Supported by valid payment proof

NyayGuru reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with AI responses
  • Misunderstanding of features or limits
  • Account suspension due to Terms violation
  • Promotional, discounted, or free credits
  • Credits earned via referrals, rewards, or campaigns

6. Free Plan & Trial Usage

  • NyayGuru may offer a Free Plan with limited usage
  • Free usage is provided to allow users to evaluate the platform
  • No refunds apply to free plans or trial features

7. Payment Processing & Gateways

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

  • NyayGuru does not store sensitive payment details
  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing timelines depend on the payment provider and banking systems

8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

NyayGuru reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Multiple refund requests
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of Terms of Service
